Removed the tie-down and the spacers from the spar, clecoed and bolted the platenuts on, drilled with a #40, clecoes, and did it on the other hole, and did this16X. I also reamed the holes with a #40.
Adjusted the #40 countersink and countersunk all 16 rivet holes to take a AN426AD3-7 rivet.
Deburring and priming tomorrow.
